This page allows you to set the prime contact number, email address, Class of Restriction and UCC Bundle for users. You also assign them a secondary MiVoice Business system for service resiliency (if applicable).
TIP: You can copy data from an Excel spreadsheet into this page.
Select one or more users in the table. Then, click Autofill...
Check the Email Address box and enter an email address format to apply to the selected users. You must enter a valid Email address for each MiCollab Audio, Web, and Video user before you can proceed to the next screen.
NOTE: You cannot use accented characters in the First Name, Last Name, Login ID, or email address (for example: š, œ, Ÿ, µ, À, Á, Â, Ã, Ä, Å, Æ, Ç, È, É, Ê, Ë, Ï, Ð, Ñ, Ò, Ó, Ô, Õ, Ö, Ù, Ú, Û, Ü, Ý, à, á, â, ã, ä, å, æ, ç, è, é, ê, ë, ì, í, î, ï, ð, ñ, ò, ó, ô, õ, ö, ù, ú, û, ü, ý.).
Check the Class of Restriction box and select a COR to apply to the selected users.
(Optional) Select a Secondary MiVoice Business for each user that requires service resiliency.
This option is only available when provisioning a cluster.
Check the UCC Bundle box and select a UCC licensing bundle to apply to the selected users.
NOTE: The recommended "best practice" is to configure users using Roles and Templates in the MiCollab Users and Services application. Although MiCW allows you to assign UCC bundles, you must assign the correct service mix that is provided in the bundle to each user. In addition, MiCW assigns all NuPoint voicemail users with Standard Unified Messaging. If the assigned UCC Bundle includes entitlement to Advanced Unified Messaging, you must enable it through the MiCollab User and Services application.
